Release 14.3

In February, we added new tools for analytics, audit management, and events, as well as expanded the ability to customize the platform to fit the company's structure and style. Updates help you get data faster, manage teams more conveniently, and organize employee training more flexibly.

Audits in statistics

There is a new subsection in the Statistics section — Audits. It helps to quickly view the results of the selected audit and, if necessary, save the data to an Excel file for further work.
Audits in statistics
How everything works
In the Statistics — Audits section, you can:
  • select the required audit from the list;
  • view the audit progress data in the user table;
  • sort information by main fields or find the right user through a search;
  • filter the data by time period, access, and groups.
If you need to prepare a report, use the — Export option:
  • standard templates are available;
  • you can download data based on the applied filters.;
  • the file is generated in the format .xlsx and contains two sheets — on responses and audit status.
Who would benefit from it:
HR and training specialists to track employee engagement, upload data for reporting and evaluating the effectiveness of training.
Write to your manager to enable the new feature.

New filter in audits: "Direct reports only"

In the audit settings (Admin Panel - Audit — Who/what we check), the "Direct reports only" checkbox has been added, which is accompanied by an explanatory hint.
New filter in audits: "Subordinates only"
How everything works

When it is activated:
  • The other object selection checkboxes are disabled — only the direct report check mode is available.
  • Only the user's direct report members are displayed in the list of audit objects.:
  • direct report employees;
  • functional direct report employees.
Attention: If the user has no direct reports, the list will be empty.
Who would benefit from it

This feature makes it easier to set up an audit when you need to check only your team (direct and functional report members), without the risk of choosing unnecessary objects or extended structures.

Update in the "Events" module

On the employee training platform, it is now possible to create events without a registration deadline.
Update in the “Events” module
How everything works
A new type of event date setting appears in the event settings:
  • An event with no registration deadline.
How events work without a registration deadline:
  • registration remains open — no registration deadline is set (the user can apply for registration);
  • The event has dates, just like a regular event.;
  • when copying an event, the selected type is saved.
In the user version of the platform, events without RED (registration end dates) look like regular events with dates and are sorted according to the same rules, but without information about the registration end date.

Who would benefit from it
  • To the administrators of the platform, who organize employee training without any time limits.

Custom section icons

Update in the “Events” module
Now you can customize the icons of the platform sections to suit your company's style.
Custom icons can now be installed in the company settings for the following sections:
Home, Surveys and Tests, Messages, Media Library, Documents, My Team, Achievements, Results, Gift Shop, Assignments, Events, Audits, Explorer.
How everything works
The administrator selects an icon for the desired section, after which it is automatically applied to users in all interfaces of the platform — web and mobile applications. You can request a list of icon images from technical support specialists.

Who would benefit from it
Administrators who want to design the platform in a corporate style and make the interface more recognizable to employees.

If you want to change the icons of the sections, contact the support service.

Automatic appointment of functional supervisors

The platform now has the ability to automatically appoint functional managers through user groups. This simplifies the team management process and reduces the amount of manual settings.
Automatic appointment of functional supervisors
How everything works
  • In the settings of the assignment groups, the administrator can mark the group as a "Managers Group";
  • after that, such a group can be selected in the "Managers" tab of another user group.;
  • All users of the selected group are automatically considered functional managers for this team;
  • when the group composition changes, the rights of managers are updated automatically.
Who would benefit from it

  • This is important for companies with project and functional teams, where the composition of managers often changes.;
  • Suitable for HR teams and administrators who manage matrix structures and want to reduce the manual appointment of managers.

Improving the stability of the platform

This month, we have allocated a separate time for the technical "cleaning" of the platform — we have sorted out the accumulated minor inaccuracies in the admin area and put in order the scenarios that administrators face every day.

What has become better:
  • the creation and editing of materials and tests is more stable — formatting, answers, scores, export;
  • inaccuracies in reports and statistics that occurred in individual scenarios have been fixed.;
  • The text editor has been put in order: fonts, lists, and formatting now look uniform.;
  • improved the operation of filters, lists, and settings in the admin area — without flying states and visual glitches.

We've made dozens of small improvements over the past month. Many of them relate to rare cases, but they are the ones that most often create the feeling of "something is wrong" when you work in the system every day. We regularly return to such tasks so that the platform remains stable and convenient, especially in those areas where administrators spend the most time.

Updates in the IDP module

Assessment of competencies
Understanding what skills employees actually have and how well they meet the requirements of their roles is a strategic tool for team development. The competence assessment in the IDP module is now available on the platform, which helps to make HR decisions based on data.

Why is this necessary?
Assessment of competencies
Competency assessment is a way to measure how well an employee's current skills meet the requirements of their position. The results are easy to compare with the profile of the role, to see gaps and strengths, which provides the basis for competent development and planning of training.

How it works
  • The assessment is launched directly from the supervisor's interface — without additional requests to the administrator.
  • Each employee receives measurable results in key competencies related to their role and position profile.
  • The results are saved in the profile and can be used for regular monitoring of progress, for example, after training or participating in developmental activities.
  • The tool integrates perfectly with the IDP — assessment data helps to shape development goals and priorities in the plan.
Who would benefit from itо
HR specialists and managers: to see the actual compliance of skills with the requirements of the position, rather than relying on subjective impressions;
Teams developing talents: to build targeted development plans and increase the impact of training.
